Thank you very much for the DL Getchu link, wasurenai. I was expecting this to appear in several days on DLSite.

Anyway, I bought a copy since I like Shiina Kazuki (I also bought his manga compilation for ktc that came out recently).

Edit: Here's a kind of idea of how the game flows. There's a hint guide in the readme, so you can examine what choices are needed to open different routes (Highlight to view):

The game has three main routes, and each of these routes fork into further branches. The first set of choices determine the flags and the main route that you take.

1st: What is your name?*
2nd: How old are you?*
3rd: What is your height?*
4th: What is your weight?*
5th: What is your bloodtype?*
6th: What is your occupation? (Either student or patient)*

*All of these choices are meaningless, but if you answer too many of them with "I don't know" then the doctor will kick you out of the clinic and you get the bad end.

7th: What do you like to eat? (Spicy or sweet) This determines the route taken in the futanari path.

8th: If you could change, what would it be? (Glamorous woman or child overflowing with youth) This determines a route taken in the breast path.

9th: What do you think is truly pure? (Babies or animals) This determines the route taken in the breast path.

10th: This question seems irrelevant.

11th: What's your most important thing?* (Normal: Yousuke-kun/Weird: ???).

12th: What is your future dream? * (Normal: Confess to Yousuke-kun/Weird: Have sex with Yousuke-kun).

13th: When did you have your first period? (I think this might be irrelevant).

14th: What's your erogenous zone? (Choosing breasts is necessary for the main breast route, the other choices are irrelevant).

15th: What is your complex? (Breasts don't grow determines a flag in the futanari route).

16th: What is the existence called man to you?* (Normal: Yousuke-kun/Weird: A mass of desire)

17th: When he does cunnilingus during the beginning of sex, what do you do?* (Normal: Refuse/Weird: Accept)

18th: When he demands anal sex, what do you do?* (Normal: Refuse/Weird: Accept)

19th: What is love to you?* (Normal: Yousuke-kun/Weird: Sex)

*These choices are used to take either the futanari route or the route dealing with heavy penetration among other things. If you answer these mostly based on how Saya would normally answer them, then you go the heavy penetration route. If you answer most of them lewdly, you'll go to the futanari route.

Best $17 I've spent all year, certainly. As is usually the case with Valkyria games (but especially true here and Princess Knight Kachua), you get close to a full eroge's worth of content for a fourth of the price (which is something I can't really say for lilith's games, mostly).

As Taruby said, the choices at the beginning determine the overall route (and help determine subroutes but those are usually defined by choices past the original 'questionairre'). I haven't quite worked out what answer combinations will get you to what route, but 14 seems to be the most important flag for the BE scenarios.

I'm playing this game right now and I think it's freaking weird. Right now I'm up to the part where Saya has extra long nipples and the guy is tying it to his dick. This game is full of choices. I chose the penetration path. At what point in this game does he ask the breast path questions?

Japanese law requires censoring of genitalia, so usually if there are dicks around they get pixelly in a hurry.
