Fairly short ones, maybe just 4komas (four panels). Not any involved plots or manga pages.

Okay. On another note, the more I think about it, the more I realize how hard it is to come up with a short idea for Otome-Mattie seems fairly receptive to the idea of having larger breasts (even if that's not the reason her breasts get larger when her Ego triggers), but it sounds like Otome is at least conflicted about her size.

Though, having said that, I just came up with an idea for Otome. In what could either be a somewhat direct continuation of my previous idea or just something similar, it would start with Mattie (or another character) trying to boost Otome's confidence, saying something about how she shouldn't be ashamed of her body. By the third panel, Otome has responded positively, and has pulled off her wrap, so her breasts have gone to their true size. And then in the last panel, she's just finished putting it back on in the background, while she says something like "Oh, but I have to go shopping today," to the embarrassment of the other person watching.

Amount doesn't affect her size, only how long she stays Meushi. And I'm not making lactation a main theme. It's an unavoidable topic with her character theme, but I'm not focusing on that aspect.

Milk Maid is a comic published by White Lightning Productions. It's had a history of artist changes over the years as well. The premise is there's a scientist mucking around with the local girls, and some of them develop super-hero forms triggered by the right stimulous, I.E. Sweater Puppy being a sex-focused werewolf when she sees even a depiction of the moon and Milk Maid growing into a larger woman overall (with a breast focus) when she drinks milk.

Eh, I dunno. I thought the premise of Milk Maid herself might be entertaining to you, but I figured the fact that the series quickly descends into sexual encounters would end the interest real fast.

Ok, in a sudden moment of inspiration. This idea came to me.

What if you did a parody comic where Mattie and Otome had their situations reversed. Otome drinks some milk and transforms, then Mattie realizes something is wrong, and ... well you get the idea.
