I think the best kind would have to be some sort of fat implant, I mean, I hate implants because they look rather... disgusting, and they don't feel right, but if it were fat then it would feel more realistic and look more natural.

though I do remember the implants that I read about which were a little expanded ball of some sort of mesh stuff that looked like chicken wire, it would expand and then dissolve and the large open area would fill with breast tissue causing them to be "natural"

One of the biggest drawbacks has to be the strain it puts on a womans back.

Plus a lot of women have back pain mainly because they don't want to bother exercising to strengthen their back muscles. I'm sure that would help them a lot.

As far as I know, it's not as much of a muscle issue as it is a spinal cord issue... the strain is more on the bones, which has MUCH more serious complications.

A friend of mine said that she had to have a reduction because there was a strangely high proportion of actual gland tissue to fat... fat is much lighter (and is probably the reason mine don't bother me even though they're almost the same size as she was... I am pretty sure mine are mostly fat lol). If we DO end up finding a way to get bigger safely, it will probably be from fat and not breast tissue growth.

Alright so, Fat in breasts is the only natural looking solution. How could we use this information in a Non-surgical method.

IIRC, Progesterone is the hormone responsible for development of breasts. They've been talking about using it in cream form (transdermally) at Overflowingforum for a while now. Link.

Blah, you men disappoint me with your lack of knowledge in this stuff.

1) There are pills out there that induce lactation. However, I'm pretty sure they are prescription so telling a doctor you want to lactate for erotic lactation and/or bigger breasts won't cut it. Besides, the size increase only lasts while you lactate. Lactation also makes the breasts rather firm from what I've been told, so it loses the squishiness which makes it so great in my opinion :/

2) Birth control pill = fail. While I have heard of people going up in sizes on the internet, no one I know in real life(including myself) has had ANY increase.

3) Getting fat and working other parts of the body = also fail. The body choses were to remove fat, so even if you do arm exercises and leg exercises during the weight loss process, you're breasts will still return to normal.

4) Pure estrogen = more fail. That stuff can EASILY lead to breast cancer. Seeing how you want the breasts to get bigger, you don't want to risk losing them, eh?

As for progesterone, I can't say for sure how much that effects the process. I have some wacky amount of hormones from PCOS, and I am bigger then both my mom and sister who are "normal" with their estrogen/progesterone level. I'd need more proof it works, and that there's no greater cancer risk(as well s if it decreases over time) before testing it out.

However, if the cream has no known side effects at the time, I'd probably try it out. Not sure how it'd effect me though seeing how my breasts stopped growing at 11 and I'm currently 19 :/ (another reason the "16 year old went from A to G" seems rather false...we develop at 13 normally :|)
