I mostly have taught myself also. I have taken classes in my school, but it was a load of crap. It didn't teach me anything.

As for png files, you cannot attach them. I have no idea why, but it gets in the way.

I was saying this because of the grey spots that are noticable in the shading. Plus the colors stick out and over the parts that you have colored.

Other than that, it looks alright. It just takes a lot of practice and classes to really learn to use the program completely correctly.
Well really I use Image Broadway to color my pictures. also the skin color took me months to make it perfect. Thank you for your comment.

It might be the wrong format for attaching files here. Most places use jgp so best to go with that.
avi, doc, gif, jpeg/jpg, mov, mpg, rar, txt, wmv, and zip are the valid file names.

Yes, he does, so i shrunk it down a lot. The original is much better quality.

i do the exact opposite. I create a layer containing the lineart, set it to multiply, and put it on top of the coloring. then you select the section with the magic wand, Select -> Modify -> Expand (to get to the center of the lines), Invert selection, and delete.

You have to clean up the lineart first though.
