Ronzo Growth Commision Part 2: Fiction Project - Page 7

Don't sweat the minor details J2k, it's just good to see the pics so nicely colored. The soft shading really goes easy on the eyes. The only comment I'd add, and it's not a complaint mind you, just a constructive criticism I noticed about this and your excellent coloring of the FMP! pic a while back, is that the areola (or however you spell that puffy area around the nips) is usually a darker red/pink/flesh tone than the skin itself.

In other news, it's Otakon this weekend (cheers to any of you other otaku out there that are going and mayhap we'll run into each other without knowing), so that means I'll get to hang out with Ronzo for a while and perhaps pick up another batch of commissions for our group. Of course, I can't say how long it'd be before I'd actually have time to write another fic, but at least its a big step towards another update, lol. There might even be pics from other artist(s) in the near future according to sources of mine ^_^*.

mmm... I have some language problems ^^" - It's not your fault, it's just me. My english is not that good and sometimes I have problems.
When you say areola you mean the yellow gleam around the characters, don't you? (what are the nips?) - but it's not darker, it's lighter, then I suppose I can't understand what you mean

I'm really sorry about this.
I thank you if you can please explain better your (appreciated) critic, and thank you anyway for your constructive help.

Posted a sort of small placeholder update, more of a bump really, simply to hold back the tides of stagnation here. Since it seems more on topic there and I didn't want to get scolded for misplacement of material, I posted it in the BE forum. The comments I'd normally post along with image here are there as well.

Blazing Barrager: No, no Eureka 7 fic. As I said in the BE forum, that was just a small, quick pic I picked up when I was hanging out at Otakon. I posted it just so that I could post SOMETHING here to look at while I write and do the 'real life' thing.

I've started one or two other stories in the time we were waiting for more commissions, but I think the one I'm going to do next is my friend's request for a "Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi" piece to go with his recently acquired image. It's one of my favorite anime/series of novels in recent years and it's a bit of a challenge capturing the narrative feel of the original. After that I might call for a "poll from the audience" here to see what I should do next.

I might try to do things a bit differently this time around, but I'm not sure. I'm really busy right now, but I'll try to get something down in a timely fashion.
