Okay, generic response before anybody starts popping off ideas for new forums!

Actually, Breast expansion can technically count as body expansion, but seeing how most of the body expansion area deals with either pregnancy expansion, bodily inflation, and weight-gain, the normal BE fan would be quite appalled at something like this, therefore they have to be two seperate areas.

Even if breasts are mostly fat.
