I saw this movie when I was really young in the early 90's and I've always had a vague memory of it. This week's episode of One Piece anime, which is episode 644, had Nami's huge breasts reducing to completely flat level as one of the enemies turns her into an artistic form along with some of the other crews. According to the manga, there is going to be a reversion scene too later.
