I chat with so many people that would laugh and literally agree at this, that I couldn't help but laugh as well. It was a traumatic experience, but I think that I can empatize with both sides of ideology and find their satires funny enough.

Except this comic doesn't draw that distinction.
It basically implies that every feminist is a fat uggo who's too lazy to do anything positive in their life, and that if they magically became thin and pretty they'd discard feminism like a used hankie. See also "Now THAT'S female empowerment!" in the last panel. The comic isn't just making fun of radical leftists. It's mocking all of feminism and all fat people. It's vicious and crude. And again, the artist's comments strongly suggest this is how he really sees the world. At least when I make fun of Trump I'm limiting it to one man and basing my ridicule on things that man has actually done.
