Well, I suppose I had to do one of these sooner or later, but decided to have my take on a Juggalos Waitress. Please let me know what you think, and I hope you don't find it too simplistic.

It's not that Penelope is the best looking gal.. she just has the best attitude to go with it... only regret is that I can't see her little skirt, but if the problem is caused by too much massiveness, then it's not really a problem at all.
