As for me, I can read Japanese. Even then, there are some things that confused me, like how your favourite food being spicy or sweet had any bearing on a flag that determines two possible routes in the futanari path.

I mentioned earlier that there were hints in the readme file with the choices you need for each scene (It's a little messy though). As for answering the questions, you can always use a kanji dictionary if there are words you want to look up. But, just to save you time, here are some words for breasts (there are more, but you'll easily pick them up and other anatomy words over time):
胸 (Mune) This literally means chest, but it's probably the most common word for breast.
乳 (Chichi) Another word for breasts. It is used in a lot of compounds:
乳房 (Chibusa)
巨乳 (Kyonyuu)
爆乳 (Bakunyuu)
超乳 (Chounyuu)
おっぱい／オッパイ (Oppai) The slang word for breasts. This is probably one of those words like baka that a lot of weaboos write in romaji.

Sadly, I had the same problem with Spanish, and I come from a Mexican family. Despite having parents and grandparents that are fluent in Spanish none of my siblings and I learned the language. At the end of my junior year I passed on taking an exchange program in Japan because I thought "If I'm having this much trouble with Spanish I'll never learn Japanese." It was about two or three years later that I started to understand Japanese. And that was from just watching too much anime. I began studying a little while later. I'm still not fluent, but I can and have talked with Japanese people.

@wasurenai, evil_consumer, and megatron: You're welcome. If the scans for the magazine are any good, I could scanlate it like I did the Pet Broker manga. Though, Haceldama and Kona do not like obscene breast sizes or insult-type manga, so I might have to troll for proofreaders/quality-checkers who aren't bothered by such material (I think wasurenai helped proofread Pet Broker).

I take it you went to a site like amazon.co.jp and saw the little thing that says, "We're sorry; this item can not be shipped outside Japan." I'll let you in on a secret, you can actually buy hentai magazines and manga, unless they come with a CD/DVD for some unexplained reason. I think they put a warning just to deter enough people not to order obscene material that might cause issues with customs.

However, in the rare event that you make an order and amazon.co.jp refuses to ship the item to you, then you can use a different site like benippon. This site's weight-based ordering is good for small orders, while amazon.co.jp's unit-based ordering is good for large orders. There's probably other sites with better shipping fees.
