Re: TF Flash Game
Jungle-3 is solved how? There is no apparent way to keep away from the tiger cub.
Never mind, made it, but it is EXTREMELY hard; and god help you if your game lags even slightly. Last edited by wanderhart; 10-11-2008 at 06:26 AM. |

Re: TF Flash Game
Okay...you really need to fix the crocodile heads in the second jungle level. I simply cannot jump across because there's no pattern with which to time my jumps, and Osaka hangs in the air for so long that when I jump toward a head that's out of the water, it's gone by the time she comes down.

Re: TF Flash Game
I had trouble with that too...but most of them you can jump straight up right before they submerge and land as they come back up.
It did take me like 15 tries though. |

I tried adding platforms, but the tiger is relentless and she falls too slowly. As soon as you jump off of a higher ledge, you will be caught. Quote:
I sucked at it too at first, but now I can do it almost every time. If you get perfect timing from the start, you don't have to pause on any head. Quote:
At the very least, I don't think I can shift her sideways during the change. It would just be in the idle animation. I'll see what I can do though. @Everyone who thinks it's difficult: Mind you, that is stage 9. It is not stage 4. It's the second-to-last stage before the end. It's supposed to be at least a little hard. |

Re: TF Flash Game
Jungle was pretty fun, could've used more TFs, though.
And I would like Osaka being forced to four legs or getting a full transformation for some TFs, like Alligator

Re: TF Flash Game
Am I the only one that sees the file as being corrupted when downloaded?
Cause every time I DL it I can't extract it due to it being corrupted. I have the 4th version that I got a few days ago. |

Re: TF Flash Game
you could set the tiger cub to follow a point a little in front of the character instead of the character herself, and so the tiger cub will still be moving forward when you jump backwards over the it(as I assume that's how you get past the thing, jump back and forth over it to gain ground).
Also, the DL works now, but for some reason last night and this morning it didn't. :/ Ideas for the Arctic region, hmmm..... Well, seals, penguins, polar bears, walruses, and maybe huskies might be animals you'd see in a freezing environment (though penguins are antarctic). Maybe for huskies you're riding on a dog sled and have to maneuver it around things, or have to maneuver yourself around oncoming obstacles and if you fall off you change. For seals or walruses, you could have to cross Ice flows, and if you fall in the water turn into one. Avoid belly-sliding penguins? And polar bears, hm.... Ice cave with falling ice stalagmites? It'd also be interesting if you could incorporate a slide effect in these levels, but that might make it a little to hard. Last edited by Craper; 10-11-2008 at 01:06 PM. |

Re: TF Flash Game
I can help you on Jungle 3.
A little rhyme and another line will give you a hint as to how to dodge ickle Tora . . . 'Jack be nimble, Jack be quick, | Jack jump over the candlestick.' 'Two steps forward, one step back.' Good luck on Jungle 3 . . . |

I did go back and implement a bit of a slide into the tiger, but I won't be sending that update until I finish a few more sprites regarding four-legged creatures that do not stand on hind-legs. Once I got one done, it became easier to do the rest. Might have that version out by tomorrow assuming I'm not to engrossed in the NFL games. On the other note, I don't really don't care where it spreads. If I were selling it, I might care. As you can see, I didn't even bother to put a "made by" notice in the game. I did it as a project to waste time. It's really just that simple. In fact, I would prefer remaining anonymous. As a college student, I find myself with a ton of time available to me quite often, and seeing as there are no good games out until toward the end of the year, I won't have anything else to do. That's why I engross myself in activities that waste hours upon hours of time. |
