But im sure one of two things will happen

1 theyll quit and retire so to speak

2 theyll just find another place

This is what i was just thinking too, if there are any of the aforementioned artists who were considering retirement, this could be just what they need to tip the scales on their decision

im not trying to encourage them.. actually i wish there were something i could do

then again i did generalize, its not like those are the only two choices i guess
im sure there are plenty more options then retirment
