Also, if you want a program that makes gifs, I'm currently using (and highly recommend) GifCam. It's what I'm using for the Alice gifs (Recorded straight from my DVD copy for clean results)
http://blog.bahraniapps.com/?page_id=21 It's free to download (For Windows devices though), and easy to use. I just really hope it has some useful updates soon.

Thanks for the info. Now I'm tempted to ask for a reverse shrink of Alice in the Pool of Tears, but it's too quick for my taste.
The Tina Majorino version of Alice on the other hand... =D

Youtube quality, and had to remove even frames to save size, making it faster than the actual clip
