Metroid Gaiden is slightly unexpected, but it's not like there's any real talent left in Team Ninja. All that left when they realised that Tecmo doesn't like paying employees.

Metroid Other M (new Metroid game by Team Ninja) New Super Mario Bros Wii Super Mario Galaxy 2 Zelda game on DS Kingdom Hearts 285/2 for DS these were the main Nintendo annoucements

You mean aside from the one they showed during the presentation? That was mostly just an updated version of the old one with fancier graphics, a much better looking boy, and a few added scenes of the boy fighting the stone golems.

I am rather happy with how Super Mario Galaxy looks. There appears to be larger worlds this time and new gameplay features such as Yoshi returning. As for New Super Mario Bros Wii, I can imagine the visual appearance of the game will be changing a bit since what has been shown.

You know, it'd be nice to see a Zelda game where you actually play as Princess Zelda. I mean, you had Super Princess Peach a few years back, and that seemed to please the fans.
