I miss the way She Hulk was drawn a few months ago by Juan Bobillo and Paul Pelletier. She had huge muscles. Now they're back to tracing supermodels and spray painting them green. Boooorrrrriiiing.

Lightbulb interesting idea

But first, what's wrong with Yahoo groups?? I mean, if you call a lack of updates bad management, well, then I'd say any free site is badly managed! But it's not, and free sites are special things.

They prime the neophyte to eventually spend money....me, for example, I'm on the scene 5 or 6 years now and I have finally commissioned an artist! It;s my first, but I don't think it will be my last. I feel good about supporting him, and I plan to share it with all of you...

All She-Hulk group, huh? I think I might give this a shot...I have sort of a knack for archiving and organizing, but none of the knowledge to make a good website. The problem is there's soooo much material out there and already a handful of She-Hulk groups. Naturally, I would only include the stuff that has good TF/Growth/Clothes-shhhrrred in it because that's just what I'm into. Hmmm...I can see it now...a Photos section with folders for each different artist, links to the other She-Hulk groups where certain great artists make their home, and a files section for some other media,...cartoon clips, poser renditions.....HMMMMM....

Of course, I'd be securing permission for every single work that isn't public domain...I won't make the mistakes of my youth again.

Anybody into this idea?

I'd probably create the site first with bare minimum content, show it's a stable entity, then worry about attracting/seeking permission from the big names.

Oh no no no, it's all about promotion. The best reception happens when you pack the site first, to the very brim, THEN start promoting at other groups and places like this board. If a member stumbles onto a packed site for the first time, he'll NEVER leave, even if updates are sparse, just because the site is full of stuff as it is. When I say full, I mean impossible to take in in one sitting full. That was the concept behind the ripping zone, aside from the choice of content of course, and that seemed to have succeeded.

Sites and Repositories and Archives....Oh MY!!!!

Dear Guys-

Some of you know me by the commissions I have had posted through various groups in Yahoo - both She-Hulk and general female GTS clothes-ripping. I suggest for Bozo's archive, that you join forces with a group like Magnus' or Doc_2_tone's and consolidate rather than differentiate. Reason being, well....if you want an all-encompassing archive....you're gonna need to be....uh...all-encompassing.

The idea is for people to get out there and share what they have. For many years, I have. And sometimes, it gets frustrating when you know people have things they have had completed, that they do not share. I cannot expect EVERYBODY to throw up their commissions on the Net and the Groups but to just leak a little bit to keep things flowing.

Kudos to Manic, Magnus, Doc, FMG Artist, Smitty, Panther, AC Comics and Mr. Bill Black, Hunter S. Creek, and everyone else who strives to keep things alive. I know I have missed people in that shout-out so please forgive me...it's really early/late.

In conclusion - keep it together.

Also, as a small plug, if I may - keep your eyes on Ebay. I will be selling some of my original commissions and older GTS comics. There will be a listing under the name Xizorbg, and I plan on selling everything in small packets.

Take care and thanks to all who keep it going,
Xizor

My friend...I AM Doc_2Tone!

But besides that, I have to postpone The She-Hulk Zone. Securing permission for works is a long process. People don't e-mail back and I don't want to pester because I mostly feel like "Who the hell am I to request works from these guys?"

But, for some strange reason, with no promotion and no content whatsoever in the group, 27 members have joined.

But I'll tell you what you can see at The Ripping Zone soon- my first commission! Type? GROWTH! Artist? SUPER SECRET! ETA? Well, he's a really busy guy and after I saw the pencils, I HAD to see it colored too. I'd say another 2 weeks if he can work me into the schedule for the unplanned coloring.

I think most of you clothes ripping fans are fans of his, and I think you're gonna go crazy. It's a really neat sequence. Stay Tuned!
