Re: Female Werewolf needles in a haystack

It's because a really prominent member disappeared along with all of his posts. From deviantART, too. It shortened the thread but the pagecount didn't go down to match.

I hope everything's kosher with him, he was a real cool dude with great thoughts and feedback. Have the sad feeling he's gone for good but hope it's not the case.

I avoided mentioning the name he goes by just in case he nuked all of this stuff on purpose and wouldn't want to be identified.

That's a strange affect. ::caugh:: TF ::cough:: Viewer's departure has had an actual affect on the forum.

I think this is mostly due to TV broadcasts not feeling too well about showing fetish / sexual imagery. :P

I love female werewolves as well, but I do understand why we don't see much of them in popular media.

It's a shame vBulletin can't handle this very well.

Was there an argument that got out of hand? Last time I ventured in, there was something about self funded movies.... or was that another thread?

Re: Female Werewolf needles in a haystack

As I said on the prior page, I believe this is because a member who made a lot of posts has had all traces of activity purged from both this site and deviantART. Hopefully not as a result of issues in real life, but that often seems to be the case when someone disappears altogether like that. I hope not, and I also hope that it isn't something even worse.

Wow, 4 different cover designs of events not contained in that actual comic issue.

A little bitter perhaps? As I wrote before, the first issue mostly laid the groundwork for the series, as first issues typically do. But I agree the covers were better than the contents.
