A little process is better than none.
Always remember: These aren't being made for us. They're being sanitized to appeal to the mainstream. The best way to get the kind of content we want is to go to the artists/writers/filmmakers/sculptors/etc within the TF community. They know what we're looking for, and they aren't going to judge. Plus, they're less worried about what will and won't sell, and thus less likely to wreck the product. Rely on people outside the community, and you'll be disappointed 9 times out of 10. Work within the TF community, and you'll be satisfied 9 times out of 10.

Wow, new to me too and surprisingly excellent! The only bummer is no sound effects, but for a music video this is pretty much a perfect find! Thank you for sharing.
