From the pits of the shitty conditioned $1 comics bin, J'onn J'onzz aka Martian Manhunter TG.
The setup is that some sort of Amazon race captures a guy with a deadly virus that is about to go off, they call the Justice League but wanted Martian Manhunter to go along but he has to turn into a woman to do it. They go and the final page ends with the queen saying that she wants to do it with J'onn J'onnz or Joan J'onzz as they have been calling her.

Also sort for shitty scanning, my scanner is shitty.

Strange, silly and ridiculous. Just the way I like it

Screw those relative, serious and dramatic comics. I prefer my fictional stories to be whimsical and fun.

The virus was also called the McGuffin virus and there are a few much better write up about it that I found.

Cute reminds me of this: Linky. That was funny as well especially with the reference. No idea where it goes though the picture on the page I linked is as far as I've ever seen.
