Leviathan might do some hella exagerated growths but damn they are good.

I really wish he would do monster TFs more often. They're great, even when they're mostly unfinished - which is unfortunately often.

There are a few that are technically "monster TF", but only due to a quick muzzle or horns. He doesn't seem too interested in it, treating it as more a "side effect" during uber-growth. His full TFs are too few, a shame because he's shown extraordinary potential.
