The comic is about giantess growth in a resort. In part 3, a guy feels inadequate to satisfy his grown wife and is given a "male enhancement" formula, resulting in his schlong (temporarily) growing up to his chest and comparable in girth to his head.

In part 4, the same guy is force-fed the formula, ending up with a monster several times the size of his body.

Both episodes include (consensual and non-consensual respectively) sex.
