Question MageOmega's art.

Hey all, long time lurker here.

I havent done consistent drawing for well over 10 years, and recently decided to get back into it. So i've been toiling over tutorials, anatomy books, and references for well over 2 months straight now. Now I have something I'm relatively happy with...

But I know my skill is nowhere near the calibur of some artists that frequent this forum. And thus i'm here to ask for some pointers on what you all do like and dont like, points to work on and refine, etc.

Please be gentle and thanks in advance!

For someone who hasnt drawn in 10 years its very good. Only problems I can spot are that her left(from our view left) shin needs to be extended a bit and her hands and foot are a bit small. But its nothing a little practice can't take care of. I love the expression of her face though. It is pretty good, just practice some and you could get up to most other TF artist's levels.

I see some key areas you need to work on, Maggie.

1) Torso: The bulk of all transformation is in the torso. Clean lines creates a smooth transition.

2) Jaw: Rounding out the jaw means shortcutting the time to detail.

3) Shoulders: The shoulders look a little deformed. They are what need to be rounded out more, maybe even broadened.

Keep an eye on detail, and you don't have to work quite as hard as you think you might.

Just keep drawing a lot, and your art will improve over time...

I know I'm not much of an artist, but I do see a couple spots that need work.

Her right leg, I know you were trying for perspective, but it just doesn't work out, and looks like her lower leg is really short.

She needs a bit more visible shoulder on the left side.

Her right arm, it's pretty hard to get your arm behind your back like that. =)

Her lower left leg, it's a little too bendy towards the bottom.

Her face is a bit broad, maybe needs a bit more definition on the away cheek.

The hands are done nice, as are the boobehs. Not too bad, just need some more practice, just like me.

Well, worked on this last night, tired to work on the points that were reccomended from the previous picture, so let's see

I know this is TG instead of TF, but making multiple threads would probably anger the mods.

This one is a priest who gets posessed by a demoness, and his body gets "adjusted" to suit her original visage...lets see what you all think of this.

That is better, I can see you worked on the things I pointed out.

Best I can grasp for here is that maybe the torso is just a smidgen too long. =P Keep up the good work.

Drastic improvement

You show a lot of potential by improving so much in such a short time from one image to the next. You're already way past my level in the drawing department. That's why a peasant like me is stuck doing photomanips and collages. I bow to your superior skill.

ok....heres another piece of work, i am really liking this, but still need feedback if anyone has any!

I tried more anime-esque in this one(in all honesty, I have been trying anime this entire time, but nothing i made looked like anime, no matter how hard i tried.) But I found out it was the eye and ear placement. So this one is with the eyes and ears should have been, and not placed on the forehead >_>.

Hope you all like!

Very well done. Pulled of the anime look pretty well, though might wanna add pupils to the eyes. The shoulder and arms on the right side(cat side I guess) seem a little off but over all its a pretty big improvement in just 3 sketches. Actually, I am looking forward to seeing more of your works ^^
