you know on the subject of fallout 3 has anything interesting been done with the super mutants?

Actually they're mostly female as men can't survive the process according to the data in vault 87, though they're supposed to look gender neutral . Though Fawkes is male according to the Bethesda crew.

Well ya I know all that. What I meant was what they look like. And what confused me was what this mod had to do with them.

Unless you meant some kinda mod to make Super Mutant into She-Hulk lookalikes.

Females are more likely to survive, but it's not the overwhelming majority. I'd say about 60/40.
