Nope. And Mr Silverbulletproof has been away since 2016, so it would be harder to find something from him. Fortunately, I bought some of his works some time ago, but not this precisely :P.

Wow sorry I missed your post. I have no way to PDF the files myself but I'm sure somebody could do it if they wanted. But you got it working on your end so yay! It's no problem, glad I still had it sitting around.
