I go to http://jun.2chan.net/b/ then just skim the threads when I find one with the image below I know that it is up. Usually, it starts on Saturday though it has happened early Sunday and late Friday.
Often its better just to keep a tab on it say every 3-4 hours check it. The treads there move slow enough but if you want to post you need a Japanese IP so if your anywhere else you need a proxy. That and they are not too keen to respond to you if you cannot write in Japanese.

Good sir, we managed to find a trick to find a bit of the dates before a while back. But what you discovered seems to be THE archive.

LIke... copy a sloppy Japanese request from an image you like.. translate it with Google and a couple other sites to cross reference, see if it fits what you want.. Then paste the text back in with your own request image a few weeks later, and hopefully nobody over there will know.. xP

Sometimes it works, sometimes it don't. Daredevil stunts with daredevil results... absolute success.. or be IP banned for Non-Japanese-isms! O<O;;;
