Sorry, it's a poof transformation. But it is from a mainstream source, if you consider any cartoonist appearing on gocomics.com to be "mainstream."

Maybe that's just me...but I've always looked for this IB character's TF:

I'm looking for a story I read a little while ago I enjoyed. It was about a girl who had a friend who did phone sex for money. Her friend didn't do anything dirty just talked dirty. Though she decides to try it and gets one call. The call starts out fine enough the guy just wants her to answer him truthfully. She answers the questions he gives and what not but when she lies to make it seem hotter she changes so her lies are true physically and mentally

Ollala Hyde in the Jekyll and Hyde series from 2015 does that count as IB? There is hardly any process but i found it cool to see a female Jekyll for once.
