There is something to be said about an artist if you can get people to like just your line art. To a degree its a leap, you know when you get to that postion you can call yourself good. That by no means is to say get an ego, because that is a bad idea. (mumble mumble mumble, that's why I make sure to color everything I do... no confidence at all) Anyway, seeing this stuff in just plain line work again is a trip, and just makes me again state awesome.

Strangely enough, I always feel like I'm "half-assing" it if I don't color and shade my works. I always gotta try really hard with anything I do.
(Heh heh, it's a nasty habit that I got.)

I'm not knockin' black and white works though!
Shi'it, there's plenty of manga out there I've read that's been fuckin' awesome and they've all been in black and white.

It's just not my style I guess...

Well one way that may make you think your B&W art is more interesting is to use screen tones like the professional manga artists tend to use. But if it is not your thing, then it is not your thing. Color if you like to color.

Thanks everybody for watching!

That's a wrap!

I'll color all of the pages when I come back from the convention.

Until then, it's up to someone here to stand up and be counted; that someone will continue the Xiaoyun Xu story!

If no one steps up to the plate by the time I come back, as stated in earlier posts, I'll move Xu into my KOHAD story and she'll be an occasional background character.

I got commissions coming in and I need to focus more on my main story. The extra time used for making Xu must be put into those tasks. It's been great, but I gotta move on.
(I'll still occasionally post process material every now and then.)

Anyway, thanks, I always enjoy entertaining people!

Ahh man I have the perfect story for this. Sadly my art is not ready for comics yet. If anybody doesn't mind a new artist trying this or need a story writer i'm here.

Somehow, I can see her popping up everynow and then in a silly situation kinda like the scrat in the Ice Age movies.

Personally, I'd rather see this become a full sidestory, but you're pretty busy with KOHAD, so a side character would work.

Very few people would be able to do ANY of your characters justice.

hey a good end is usualy better then no end. and i got to admit im jonsing for some new kohad. if you do make her a side char please keep her breast enlargement move. nothing like super sayan boobs.
