Re: Bitten trailer

She can hear across long distances while she's human. There's a party scene where she does this.

There's a possible spoiler about the first transformation, but I won't say it... I'll leave it for you guys when you see the episode.

KantoMaster1111,

We do appreciate your insider information, dedication, attention to detail, and discretion as it relates to Bitten's premiere. Time will tell the tale.
+*+ If I may make a suggestion though, K, try and "Edit" some of your posts to include several of your updates at a time in order to cut down on the number of otherwise-one-sentence posts.. Condenses information and makes finding details, in bundles, easier for forum seekers to find. +*+

No thanks to my forgetfulness for not expressing a point of view about the Bitten transformation effects, I wanted now to reiterate what some may have sensed. From what I've seen through glimpses so far, it is my guess that the meat and potatoes of the actual changes are predominantly CGI in nature. Which can either be good, bad, or both as we have all seen in mainstream media. What I do recognize is from the first peeks how the chosen camera angles switch back to showing Vandervoort's face briefly. This provides what the transformation may lack in clothing/outfit destruction: psychology. To know what it feels like to portray those harrowing and painful moments.

Let's just hope that as this moves forward there are still a few portrayed transformations done well, and not over-cooked in the CGI department.

^_^
This is Pack Leader Bayne, signing off.

Well is the tf itself good?
And how's the actual show?

Re: Bitten trailer

She can fight like a professional. The ability to hear better seems to be as she chooses, or she manages to drown out the background quite easily.

43 minutes in, no transformation to report. Just more wolf-like details as I've been posting.

Re: Bitten trailer

The show is alright, if it wasn't based on a book it'd be nothing to be excited about.

Re: Bitten trailer

Second tf, male and female

Male: full body shot, only back change, then we cut to his face (snout growing out, covered in fur, TF almost completed).

Elena: Hand, back, teeth, rather brief.

52 minutes in. Lots of shots of the characters as wolves. The CGI is clearly CGI but it's still detailed for a TV show.

Re: Bitten trailer

The TFs are alright as well, at least they are showing nudity and detail we get is pretty awesome. But they are short.
