I'm starting to regret that too, because it kinda affected the viewer. Now it somehow became Cardcaptor Sakura themed. I don't want to hear that stuff. -.-

EDIT: Okay, I can tell you the dress I used, since the name was easy enough to remember. I'm pretty sure I've given you what I used for gloves and shoes, and I cannot recall where the pipe came from. I have found fans, but they were pretty much in the way all the time when I tried to use them, I might try and seek them out though. So all in all, no on the pipe and the makeup too, you'll have to find them yourself.
Hopefully, these should be the dress I used (I changed which one to use in order to satisfy color variations), as well as the item set that should include fans:
