Re: Aquatic Transformation

The issue I'm raising has got nothing to do with technical quality.Standards
are a different kettle of fish from discerning a unique individual
art style.

You used to have one,but gave it up.

Did I now? Enlighten me. XD I'm fairly sure I've got my own style.

And man, sorry about calling out your post... I just found that really hard to believe. It just looked like flattery to me. :/
Don't take it the wrong way.

Re: Aquatic Transformation

Your work really needs some improvement there Buettgenbach, but keep trying, listen to the CONSTRUCTIVE criticism that the people around here will give you, and you'll get better. Just remember, nobody is a beautiful artist at start, they all had to practice as well.

Re: Aquatic Transformation

Not bad but just seemed very cluttered, you could have spaced them out more. Or even to save time a lot of stages could be easily cut out. Keep improving and next time don't repeat the same stage from a different angle, keep it in the same page but a different panel or just leave it out.

But I have to say that that was one of the most detailed TF sequences I've seen. I've seen TFs do a skeletal shot but not a respiratory shot and a cross section of the abdomen too.

Re: Aquatic Transformation

Nice Hat Trick there: TG/TF/Breast Expansion/Belly Expansion all in one. You just hit for the cycle from a Process standpoint. Good on ya, I love the multi-level TF's best.

That being said, it looks like it was colored with a crayon. Maybe keep your line style intact but use digital coloring to enhance your subjects. I've seen uglier pieces of work from lesser men, including myself, so don't feel bad. Above all, keep contributing.

Re: Aquatic Transformation

Please don't get discouraged by the criticism...yes, your technique could use some work, but nobody starts with perfection. I can't really offer advice on technique because I'm not (yet) an artist myself. I've actually been keeping an eye on your deviantart page because you have some great ideas and I love the attention to detail that you give to anatomical change =^.^=
