Exactly the kind of thing that pisses me off. My philosophy is that as long as the voice fits the character then it's just fine; the only kind of dubbing that deserves chastising is when said show is raped horribly. You know what I'm talking about.

I think it is ridiculous too. That's why I gave the warning, because a lot of people think that way and I don't want them cluttering up the thread screaming about how the dub changed "Gurren Brigade" to "Team Gurren" and such things.

Personally, I thought the dub was quite good. Especially Steve Blum as Leeron. I had no clue Blum could do a voice like that.

I saw the episode(s) and I was overall impressed. My only gripe is for Kyle Hebert to put alittle more manly effort into Kamina's voice. ^^; it sounds a bit too light.
