This fantasy-comedy Anime is a bit hard to find, and I didn't saw it on anywere so I said what the hell. I've got the episode, but it pretty big on size so unless someone knows how to make a small clip out of it...

The series also has a funny Giantess change, on one of the first season episodes, every other change on the series is just like "poof!" like Ceria (the same Elf from the pic above) changing into a fat dog.
