Its not some special type of fluid, Saline Solution is just salt water Most contact cleaning fluid is the same shit. Our bodies are made up of both salt and water as well as a few other things so its not necessarily harmful, but in the video they say it is extremely painful and makes the breast sore for a few hours. Fortunately don't know where to find said video.
