BTW, for those of you who don't watch Naruto (religiously, in my case),
the woman who caused the BE is named Tsunade, she is an expert medical ninja and has unsurpassed knowledge of basic human anatomy (being essentially a doctor), so it's no surprise that she would know how to do something like that.
