Zero. The show writers specifically said they'd want to stray away from human and human like creatures. As for Fluttershy transformation? Im still holding out on her turning into a dragon as hinted during one of the VA panels at a pony con.

Seen the episode, and sadly, there's no actual transformation in here. You see, Trixie returns with a powerful amulet that grants her powerful magic, but also corrupts her slowly. Twilight loses the first time in a magic duel against her, but after discovering the truth, she prepares the rematch against Trixie. In the next duel, Twilight makes these spells with her own amulet:
- She turns Rarity and Applejack into a pair of fillies. (AR)
- She turns them back to normal. (AP)
- She turns Rarity into a filly again. (AR)
- She turns Rarity back to normal, and Applejack into an old mare. (AP)
- She turns Applejack back to normal. (AR)
- She creates a duplicate of Rainbow Dash.
- She makes Pinkie Pie to play 10 instruments at the same time.
- She turns Applejack into a stallion, and back to a mare. (TG)

Amazed by her new powers, Trixie steals Twilight's amulet and removes the corrupter one; just in time to discover Twilight's amulet was a fake and Rainbow Dash recovering the dark amulet before she uses it again. Twilight then reveals that all her new spells were just tricks with smoke and mirrors to deceive Trixie. The truth is:
- Sweetie Bell, Rarity's little sister, was disguised as the filly Rarity.
- Apple Bloom, Applejack's little sister, was disguised as the filly Applejack.
- Granny Smith, Applejack's grandma, was disguised as the old Applejack.
- Fluttershy was disguised as the second Rainbow Dash.
- Big Macintosh, Applejack's big brother, was disguised as the male Applejack.
- Pinkie Pie playing 10 instruments at the same time, that was just one of Pinkie Pie's strange and crazy abilities.

Too bad there wasn't real progress, I would have loved to see Apple Bloom and her friends as adult mares.

I don't know. Seeing Granny Smith disguised as an elderly Applejack was pretty funny.

Dunno if I would characterize them as henchmen as much as forced servants.

Overall it was a fun episode, though I was disappointed Twilight didn't unlock some new level of power. She almost counted Trixie's aging spells, that does seem to imply she will someday be powerful enough to use them.

Snips and Snails didn't really count as henchmen so much as fanboys. And then indentured servants.
