They got 8 hours to respond before my link supposedly goes dead. If they fail to respond...well....I will recommend everywhere I go not to purchase from them.

If you ask me, the Process's store would make for an infinitely better repository for both BE and GTS material.

Process has always been great abotu getting the links or my comics when I pay for them. The few times I have had an issue, Lore has been right there to help out.

Credit where credit is due: Lore has been a fantastic operator of his store. The same right now cannot be said of BE Story Club.

Almost 24 hours later.... a response. Compared to some other horror stories out there, it's not bad but disappointing after the high quality service their old model provided (at least in my experience).

I just downloaded a comic, so I think they have the bugs worked out now. But then, I have a subscription so I'm not sure if it's related to the problems you guys have been experiencing.
