I am having no luck affecting her waist line area. Is it actually an area that can be affected or not?

actually, the waist line area can't be modified
selecting this body part let you add/remove the glasses and hat, and later on, change between herm (balls on/off) and not herm

I don't understand the issue with FA. They didnt ask for ay "address" from me and my gmail works just fine. Then again I've been with their site for ~2 years trying to find additional AP content, so something may have changed since I joined

Also when you have her in her herm form,use the lasers and aim at the base of the dick,it grows longer and starts to bounce faster and faster or just click on her dick,not sure if she cums with a button,haven't found it yet.

Naonao has covered this one head to toe, guys. I decompiled the flash to look for evidence of further content, but there is none. I suspect the milking and tentacles are for a future update.

To be sure, deactivate laser while you try to pop buttons or remove skirt.
