I know they use the mirror thing for the viewer but It's always bugged me when people wake up with major physical changes and don't immediately recognize that SOMETHING is wrong. Actually for BE I like it when the girl doesn't know that she's been expanded just yet. I like it when her boobs grow and maybe for a bit she doesn't recognize it right away. I don't know why, but it's something that I prefer over a girl just sitting around watching her breasts grow. I like it when they grow and she goes about her business oblivious to her growth.

On normal porn, I agree that those site usually have small breasted girls and focus too much on the guy.
