Well, I am against publish the work from an artist here for free, for example, a comic, a specific TF short, or whatever... anyway, I have no problem in getting here the TF scene from a "normal" movie or something similar. Or the TF pictures from a "big" videogame, to say. Uhm, it's no easy to find the boundaries for this, really.

Snippets or small take-outs are fine. But if you're referring to paid artist's work, its not fair to upload every single picture from the album. They got to eat and have bills to pay. If you're referring to small sample images in low resolution, sure, by all means, it allows others to have a glance and see if its something they wouldn't mind paying for.
