There also happens to be an anime by this same exact name. I doubt they have any relation, but I'll see what I can find. The first episode doesn't seem to promising, but there may be some TF in the 2nd.

As I mentioned in my post, they're related.
Second episode doesnt contain any detailed transformation scenes, only
a part where the main heroine is in some other world and uh, has a tail/scales/feathers o.O
