likely a request. Phantom inker does a lot of stuff for that group of comics, and considering that it's an icon for a moderator i'm betting it was requested and not part of anything bigger

Ah, good point. Still, you'd think there'd be some sort of point to it or the person mentioning that pic somewhere, maybe in response to someone asking about it.

I don't think that the Donation Ads count as "Official" at least not in my book.

Official has to be in story or a filler created solely by Anne or Robin, imo.
