2) It's from volume 5 of Comic Unreal, and there are no full scans of it yet to my knowledge.

I have volume 4, but it has no BE.

BE appears in many of the stories, but is not a main theme. Many of the stories from Comic Unreal have, I believe, been reprinted in the Bakunyuu Fantasy collections, of which there are two so far.

Try running the pages through Google's translator -- it's far from perfect, but it's better than, say, Babelfish for Japanese.

I was going to suggest trying AmazonJapan, since you can select English instructions there, but they only have the latest issue now, and the Japanese used-book stores won't ship outside of the country...
