Wow, thankfully I can decipher things without reading them. Had to download it again and my browser went Japanese. That was fun.

Okay, execute startup.exe. The DirectX button at the top is grayed out, which I presume means I'm up to date. Bottom seems to be exit, and the one above that seems to be requirements. So I'm guessing the right one to click is the one with two bullets that executes an installer.

Installer starts to configure itself, throws the error in the screenshot, and when you click okay it takes you to what I would assume is a "Sorry, setup did not complete."

Only thing I can think of is that my dual-core tends to show up as a 1.8 or 2 GHz processor at times, so it may be thinking I don't meet requirements somehow. Otherwise I should be set.

That error is in hangul (Korean). It's not in Japanese. Memopad probably has the solution to rectify your problem though.

Oh fun! I get Korean error messages when set to Japanese region.

Yet another problem I'm sure is due to something in my XP install being corrupt. Gotta get around to a reinstall...

I kept getting an msiexec.exe error, but in the end I managed to install it, then when I pressed the launcher, nothing happened... Then I deleted it.

1. Download and unzip to c:\
(my computer-->, Local C Disk<--extract it inside here)

2. Unzip and doubleclick AG3Demo.reg to add to registry.
(Download attachment, unzip, and simply choose to open it)

3. Use applocale, browse for the "JS3_MakeTrial" in the "illusion" folder where you extracted it, set it to the kanji for japanese.
(Choose the language that starts with an upright rectangle that has a horizontal line cutting it in half. It kinda looks like a refrigerator.)

I got applocale, but which language is kanji. I can't find the recangle thing one language. can you be more pacific, like 12 from the bottum or something.

I must be kinda stupid, I add the 'AG3Demo.reg to the registry, but it still doesn't work.

That's the thing, Ranmafan. These are upcoming games, meaning they haven't exactly been released. So the chances of there being a premature leak (ugh, that sounded wrong) are pretty slim. I'd give it until a month after the actual release of the games before you go CG hunting for them.
