Hmm, doesn't look like EC at all though, since the game is about a guy who suffered from the arrogant female executives and tries to get revenge from them. But the blue skin demon looked promising.

Just did a walkthrough of Mahou Shoujo Subaru yesterday. Yes, there is EC, and it can be summed up within the two images below. (And there is also TS, if anyone else is interested.)

I take it you're not too familiar with hentai games?

The protagonists rarely ever have eyes drawn in. This is so the player can imagine themselves in the role of the blonde, fit, and sexually attractive male lead.

Alternatively he is a priest of the deep ones and have abandoned his eyes to see beyond sight.
