Seems like my assumption was right. 4th episode is the part in the manga where Chifusa helps out a tropical village with a squid monster problem. And, much like the manga, there is yet another sweet BE/BR scene near the end of the episode (good bits censored). Preview for 5th episode showed some sort of plot involving dice/gambling.

Chifusa did not know that she had the ability to absorb other women's breasts until episode two, which is why the breast expansion always surprises her.

I dont think it's TOO inconsistent. You can tell they're bigger but not from all angles, imo.

If you mean from this episode (or what we've seen) then ya.

But watch episode 3. When shes in the maid uniform dancing the boobs are like the size of her head! Then a few scenes later when shes in a kimono they're like normal sized.

Even the BE scene in episode 1 was grossly exaggerated :/
