I remember all of those u mentioned, just thought I'd add to the second one you stated: It was suppose to be Jennifer Love Hewitt in The Ghost Whisperer, and those boobs on her were like twice the size of her torso. Here's the clip in case some have not seen it.

Hopefully this new episode will do alot more with Lois and make it part of the entire episode and not make it a quick sketch that will be quickly forgotten.

And since we are on the subject of family guy (BEST SHOW EVER!!!!) just wanted to throw this one out there.

I see it being a few scene gag ... based on the fact it is shown in the preview, basically by the end of the episode it will be either resolved or forgotten. It seems odd they'll show one of there 1 time gags in an ad.

It is possible, but I doubt it. I see a few scenes for the gag, similar to the Large Marge episode of the Simpsons. Basically, Lois pestering Peter to ask or asking Jesus herself reduce her breasts.
