Earlier in the storyline the guy took a pill to get rid of his huge birthmark on his ass, but the side effects made his dick grow huge (freakish huge) when sexually aroused. She saw him when his dick going nuts and called him a freak of nature. So he wanted revenge by making her breasts swell and give her a taste of humilation.

Hehe I can see why he is excited though. This is probably one of the best BE mangas out there.

Also, I have higher quality scans of the japanese version of Big Top Panic. I was thinking of retranslating it. But I have to finish this still though.
