Indeed. This is more related to their individual download feature. If they want to implement that concept...they're going to have to do a better job.

And their customer care needs to be better. A little thing like an ETA would be helpful.

I wish I can say that that's typical, but I would usually get a response within the first day. Could be delayed due to the holidays.

Then they should've told me as such. I don't really do much for the holidays except work so...not exactly thrilled with that idea.

Well that's a pity. I saw it a few weeks ago and considered getting "Collider," as the art and story looked fantastic. Still, I only very rarely buy BE comics, usually I just read whatever's on the free sites like E hentai. I have a few from when I did have a month at the BE story club, and I think one from the ExpansionComics store, but I just prefer live video to comics for this.

UPDATE: To my great relief and satisfaction, I got a response finally and they're being quite satisfactory in their approach.

Although I don't apologize for being upset, I perhaps went overboard in my reaction.

Hopefully, my problems will be their last.

I do recommend "Collider," although it's only the first part of what appears to be a multipart comic -- I'd say it's the BESC tale that I'd most like to see continued.

Response was a tad slow for my liking but they came through with flying colors.

I was also told that the individual comics are still busted (for purchasing).

I tried to pick up an individual comic as well (Chapter actually), before I read that the individuals were busted. They replied within 24 hours and gave me the rest of the story line as well since I had trouble. (Unstable Assets)

It seems like there is a problem with the individual purchases but they are making up for it. No guarantee that it will continue but an effort seems to be being made!
