She was bitten by a 'parasite' that falls from the main monster. she's the only one they show bursting, and it's the exact same as in the add, no slower, no more detail. They did show a male soldier that said he was a 'bite victim', but it was an obvious dead guy with no stomach.

Yeah the girl got bit and after a while she started to feel dizzy. The next scene shows her bleeding from her eyes. Then of course she throws up blood. For some reason though the scene was alot faster than trailer.
She didnt really fill up as slow. It was more like a burst.

None the less the movie was amazing.

I'm surprised that nobody else has spotted the doctor in the trailer who's just sitting there, right next to the plastic screen, apparently unphased by the girl and two meds.

the "girl who explodes" is in part 3 though its really so f*&kin quick you blink you miss it anyway you can use this site for other movies (till it gets shut down)
