The problem is, there's no indication of consensuality anywhere within the piece itself. What the artist intends is irrelevant, if she can't express that within the context of the work.

I have a uncensensual fetish. I like being taken advantage of, or at least pretending to, and that is reflected in my art.
In reality, rape is very wrongful and one of the worst things you could do to someone.
Any girl would be somewhat reluctant at the very least to take anything of that size into her, so maybe she was just portraying the pain because it was so big, not because she didn't want it.
