This is from an episode where the Charmed Ones tangled with a trio of evil witches -- it's one of the groups transforming to look like the other, but I can't remember which one. So it's not technically increased beauty, unless you happen to prefer brunettes to blondes or vice versa.

Curveball's take, on the other hand...thanks! I really like Rose McGowan (the only reason I watched "Charmed" in the first place -- hoping she'd have more than one BE incident on the show ).

To be completely honest, I think she looks like a drag queen. Only drag queens dress like that these days (or have that kind of hair).

The lips are really too over inflated, giving that kind of plastic surgery feel. Sometimes thinner lips, particularly a thinner upper lip, and a slightly more plump lower lip help, but still not so inflated.
Something about the jaw lines a little manly too, making it a little more curved, maybe a slightly rounded face.
Those'd be my only suggestions, hope that counted as constructive criticism..
As for style wise, maybe something a little more contemporary?
Like, a plane geeky girl ending up kind of Katy Perry, or Pussycat Dollish?
